ISS (Integrated Software Solutions) began in March of 1992 offering small business and home computer users in the West Michigan area in-shop and on-site computer support, computer repair, custom computers, and small wired/wireless network solutions at competitive prices. We like to get to know our customers and their computer needs. We truly care about offering the best possible service.
We are now offering our computer support services by phone and online. A number of computer questions and problems can be solved by phone or on-line internet support. We can use remote assistance technology, which enables our technicians to connect to the customer's computer and repair it while the customer watches.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Will online internet support work if I have a dial-up internet connection?
A. No.
Q. Will the remote assistance work if my PC is behind a firewall?
A. Yes. Most firewalls are configured to allow outgoing connections from the computers behind them. If you use a software firewall, you might get a warning message with the option to allow the remote assistance service to call out, or you might have to manually configure the software.
Q. Is your computer support service free?
A. No. We feel that our prices are competitive for the service we offer.
Q. I have a (insert brand name here) computer. Can you fix it?
A. We can work on any PC or laptop computer as long as you are running one of the Microsoft Windows operating systems (other support might be avalible - CALL!).
Q. I have a DSL/cable router. Will the remote assistance work on my PC?
A. Yes. A static IP or dynamic IP makes no difference.
Q. Can anyone else connect to and remotely control my PC?
A. When you open the small program that the technician directs you to, that program is inviting that particular technician's computer to connect to yours. Only a computer that you invite can connect. In this way, it's possible for more than one technician to be able to view your computer at the same time for training, quality assurance, or if the technician needs assistance from another technician in order to repair your PC. Once the support session is complete, you will close the program on your computer, and no access can be gained again to your computer without your permission, because the process is password secured by you.
Q. How long will the support session take?
A. That depends. A simple configuration or 'How to' question may only take a few minutes. If we are removing viruses, adware, spyware, and optimizing your pc, it may be less expensive to start some processes and while they run STOP the current session and then START a new session when you call back advising the processes have run to completion when necessary.

ISS Services’ SAV MYPC will not be held liable for lost data or any damage resulting from a support session. We cannot be held responsible for a computer in a previously unknown condition. Such a computer could be in a condition of imminent failure and, as such, could fail during a support session and appear to have been caused by the support session. Although our support technicians take precautions, there is always a risk, however small, of accidental data loss. Important files should be backed up! By purchasing support from ISS Services’ SAV MYPC, you agree to all the terms of service herein and assume all risks. Also, ISS Services’ SAV MYPC will NOT be held responsible for any damages caused by the services of any third-party service providers or software recommended by us.
ISS Services’ SAV MYPC support plans only cover computer problems that can be fixed remotely. Some computer problems cannot be fixed online or by telephone. The support plan does NOT cover the cost of replacement parts, software, labor, or services provided by ISS Services or from third-party service providers or on-site services.
The support plan is NOT a warranty. If we conclude that your computer cannot be fixed remotely, we will suggest the next steps you might take to repair your computer, which might include a house call from ISS Services or a third-party service provider. You are responsible for the costs of any service not covered by the ISS Services’ SAV MYPC phone and online support plans.
Availability
ISS Services’ SAV MYPC cannot guarantee the availability of tech support since we have no control of the internet, power grid, hosting servers, etc. If for some unforeseen reason beyond our control we cannot provide support when first contacted, we will work with you to make other arrangements.
Privacy
ISS Services’ SAV MYPC greatly values your privacy. Any information we collect from our customers is solely for our own internal use and we do not give/sell this information to any third party except for information securely transmitted to an outside credit card processing company so that we may accept credit cards for purchases.
Credit Card Use
We ask for credit card information up front so that our service is not taken advantage of. Before proceeding with Pay-Per-Session support, we must have verification of your credit card by phone. This is to ensure that payment will be made once the support session is complete. Your credit card will not be charged until after your support session has been completed.
Acceptance of Policy
By using ISS Services’ SAV MYPC, you signify your acceptance of this Policy Statement. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy described in this Privacy Statement, your only remedy is to discontinue use of ISS Services’ SAV MYPC. We reserve the right to modify this Policy Statement at any time. Your continued use of any portion of ISS Services’ SAV MYPC, following notification by the posting of such changes, will constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you have questions or concerns about our specific policies, please contact us through our E-mail address.
